Purchasing Policy

  Sellers can open an Unpaid Item Case if the buyer doesn't pay, and relist the item.

Order Changes After Purchase

• Shipping Address Changes:

  • eBays policy requires shipping to the exact address on the order for seller protection.

• Other Order Edits (Size, Color, Quantity):

  • Sellers can't make manual changes to the items details after checkout.

  • Buyers must cancel the order and repurchase if changes are needed.

Canceling Orders

• Buyers can request cancellation within an hour of purchase (or until the seller ships the item).

• Sellers may accept or deny cancellation requests.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
